Bad Genes Are A Blessing In Disguise
Don't Believe Me? Read Below
If you suspect you have bad genetics…
You’re lucky.
Bad genes are a blessing in disguise.
I’m speaking from experience.
I have “bad” genes:
My brain genes are that of a drug addict:
I barely feel pleasure or reward (DRD2 gene)
Once I do, the feeling is gone (COMT gene)
Then I want that hit again, and again, and again… (MAO gene)
And I am also missing the gene which removes toxins from my gut (GSTM1 gene).
That means if I eat certain foods, I get inflammation immediately.
In the past, these genes made me so sick that I couldn’t get out of bed.
Why is this a blessing?
They forced me to understand my body in a way that most people never will.
If I had “good” genetics, I’d never worry about what I ate or how I lived.
Sure, that sounds nice…
But I’d never understand how my body works.
I’d probably be healthy… but not optimized.
And I definitely wouldn’t have a shot at living to 120 as effortlessly as I do now.
“Bad” genes force you to discover what’s going on in your body.
They demand action.
And in the process, you unlock a level of awareness, resilience, and health that most people never reach.
But here’s the key…
To turn your “bad” genes into a strength, you need to know and understand them.
Once you know your genes…
You can work with them instead of against them.
It’s like having a GPS for your body….
You can instantly identify the easiest way to optimize your health.
If you want to learn how to use your genetics in this way…
I am going to speak about this topic at length during my live masterclass tomorrow at 7pm.
You’ll learn how to truly optimize your health, and even reverse your biological age…
Even if you have “bad” genetics.
See you tomorrow,
