Why Copper?

The benefits of this often overlooked mineral

Zuck is building a bunker in Hawaii and is spending around $260 million on it.

Why? Is he preparing for doomsday?

I have no idea. But here’s what’s interesting:

He specifically chose to use copper piping instead of PVC to transport water around the property, which spans 1,400 acres.

He chose to do this because he understands the countless health benefits of copper.

We’re told that it’s harmful and we should use plastic piping instead… which is ridiculous.

Copper is an essential mineral that plays a vital role in many bodily functions.

This includes the production of red blood cells, absorption of iron, and maintenance of nerve cells.

Most importantly, it helps your mitochondria produce ATP. Each mitochondrion needs 50,000 atoms of copper to do its job.

Some other benefits of copper include:

  • EMF mitigation. Copper helps protect against electromagnetic interference and mitigates EMF damage.

  • Antioxidant. Copper protects cells from oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals.

  • Immune support. Copper helps your body produce white blood cells, which are essential for fighting infections and pathogens.

Most of us are deficient because it’s not in our soil anymore, and plumbing systems have switched from copper to PVC plastic.

The consequences of this include gray hair, joint pain, lack of energy, and more. Getting adequate copper is so powerful that I’ve actually seen kids with these symptoms experience a complete reversal once we addressed their deficiency.

So, make sure to get copper in your life.

The best thing you can do is replace the plastic piping in your home with copper. This won’t be cheap but if you can afford it, do it.

Another option would be buying copper utensils, cups, mugs, plates, and pans to eat and drink from.

You can also eat copper-rich food, such as liver, shellfish, and dark leafy greens.

If you cannot do any of these things, you can take a copper supplement (around 1-2mg per day is a good start), but the three options mentioned above are definitely better.

Until next time,
