The new secondhand smoking

and what you can do to protect yourself

About two years ago, I attended a large event to connect with like-minded people. After a long day of socializing, I returned to my hotel room and went to sleep.

Suddenly, I woke up in the middle of the night with what felt like an anxiety attack. Over the next few days, I got brain fog and heart palpitations - symptoms associated with Covid/vaccine.

This puzzled me because I knew I wasn’t sick and I didn’t get the vaccine. So, I did research and put the pieces together.

I realized that in the past few days, I had come into contact with hundreds (maybe thousands) of people—many of whom were vaccinated.

I came to the conclusion that I had been shedded on.

Before I continue, an important note about this newsletter.

I am going to send a daily newsletter, covering one highly-requested topic. Each newsletter will be concise, easy-to-read, and solution-oriented.

If you would like to receive daily emails, great. You can continue reading.

What is Vaccine Shedding?

Vaccine shedding occurs when spike proteins and mRNA from others are passed to you.

The way shedding works is first, the vaccine puts spike proteins and mRNA into every cell in the body. This includes organ tissue, fat, muscles, and more.

When you speak and breathe, you aerosolize your saliva, containing the cellular matter I just mentioned (this is the same logic behind how germs spread).

So, if you are vaccinated, these aerosolized particles contain spike proteins and mRNA, and through your speech and breath, are passed to others.

If you aren’t vaccinated, you absorb these spike proteins and mRNA from other vaccinated people around you.

I’m sure this information might cause some anxiety…

But what kind of person would I be to inform you without giving you a solution?

How to Build Resilience Against Shedding

There’s a myriad of ways to protect yourself from shedding and the negative symptoms associated with it.

Before I dive in, remember this:

There are always ways to improve your health without spending money or adding more supplements to your stack.

You are often told that you need supplements to be healthy, and this is not always the case.

There are numerous benefits to be gained from simple, cost-free solutions that are readily available to everyone. Below, I give you both affordable strategies and various biohacks/supplements to try.

Now, there are two main areas you need to support to protect against shedding:

  1. Mitochondria

  2. Endothelium (the inner layer of your arteries)

Supporting your mitochondria

  • Exercise & movement increase the number and efficiency of your mitochondria.

  • Pomegranates contain urolithin-A, a potent upregulator of mitochondrial function.

  • Methylene blue is an electron donor that helps support mitochondrial function. MB got attention during the pandemic from anecdotal reports of people recovering faster from the virus. Make sure it is USP grade to avoid heavy metal contamination. Lifeblud has a good one (no affiliation). The Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue by Mark Sloan is a good book if you want to learn more.

Supporting the endothelium

  • Omega 3s from sources such as wild caught sardines in olive oil, support endothelial function.

  • Nitric oxide is a vasodilator and relaxes your blood vessels. Beetroot (nitrate) and watermelon (L-citrulline) help increase nitric oxide.

  • Magnesium to support soft, malleable tissues.

  • Arterisol by Colry helps support the structure and function of the endothelium. I have no affiliation, but this supplement seems to work very well.

And of course, VaxxAxe. If you are interested in removing the negative symptoms associated with spike proteins and mRNA, this will help you.

I designed this supplement for myself. I wanted to remove the symptoms I mentioned earlier (severe brain fog, heart palpitations, and anxiety). After it completely eliminated my symptoms, I decided to mass produce it.

I will do a deeper dive into the specific ingredients soon. But if you’d like to try it now, click the button below.

I hope you found this information useful.

Until next time,
