Our Food System Is Broken
Here's how it actually works.
"Atlantic salmon" in grocery stores is almost never wild.
Why?
Wild Atlantic salmon populations are depleted.
And commercial fishing is restricted in most regions.
So when you see "Atlantic salmon," you're looking at farmed fish….
Raised in high-density net pens, fed soy feed, and dyed to make their gray flesh pink:

Farmed salmon is naturally grey - almost like tilapia
This is one example that illustrates how our food system is broken.
There are others:
Microplastics are now detected in most mussels, oysters, and fish tissue
Most “healthy” avocado oils are cut with inflammatory seed oils
99.9% of chickens are raised on factory farms
And in an age like today…
When Big Food is trying to sneak lab-grown meat on your dinner plate…
It’s essential to understand how the food system actually works.
I just published a Youtube video breaking this down.
You’ll understand how the system works, empowering you to make better choices when it comes to putting food on your plate.
