How I Stopped My Niece's Anxiety Attacks

With Functional Genomics And Personalized Medicine

One day, I get a call from my mother.

“It seems like your niece is having an anxiety attack. Can you come? We need some help.”

Like any concerned Uncle, I rush over as fast as I can and call a pediatrician friend to ask for advice.

He tells me that it sounds like a typical anxiety attack and that I should let it pass.

He said that it’s normal for a young teenage girl to have these issues.

So I listen.

But a couple of weeks later, I get another call from my mother.

“Your niece fell over. You need to get over here because she needs to go to the emergency room. It looks like she broke her leg.”

I race over and my niece can’t even walk.

I pick her up, put her in my car, and rush to the ER. We spend the entire day asking questions, getting scans done, and reviewing her bloodwork.

What did the doctors say after all of this?

“If it happens again, let us know.”

But what that really means is…

“If it happens again, we’re going to diagnose your niece with an anxiety issue, and prescribe her medication.”

This is not what I want for my family.

A few weeks pass and I get another call, but this time, it’s not a panic attack.

My mother tells me that my niece ran away from home, leaving a goodbye note.

The sweetest and most innocent girl in the world running away from home?

Something isn’t right.

I arrive at my mom’s building and—just like I suspect—I find my niece hiding downstairs. So I take her in my car, drive around, and talk to her. She tells me that she doesn’t even know why she hid. She felt strange and just needed to get out of there.

I know exactly what to do.

I tested her genetics and finally understood what she was going through.

My niece has difficultly experiencing pleasure and satisfaction because of her DRD2 gene. She also has poor genetics for processing vitamin D—a nutrient that 10% of your DNA relies on to function—so she became deficient.

On top of all that, my niece was dealing with hormone imbalances from her menstrual cycle and spending way too much time inside because of COVID.

The culmination of no pleasure, low vitamin D, hormone fluctuations, and not seeing her friends left feeling both depressed and anxious.

So what did I do?

I figured out exactly what supplements to give her, what foods she needed to eat, and how much vitamin D she needed…

And since then, she hasn’t had a single episode.

There were no pills, medications, or dangerous treatments.

Just small changes and significant results.

I’ve also healed my entire family—and even my friends—with these practices.

So if you’d like to do the same, join my free masterclass this Tuesday, at 7pm EST.

I’m taking a deep dive into genetics with even more stories, simple explanations, and practical tools that you can implement right away.

I’ll share everything that I’ve learned…

And by the end of this masterclass, you’ll be a DNA expert.

You’ll understand the key principles behind genetics and how they impact our mood, hormone levels, nutrient absorption, sleep, and more. And most importantly, you'll have to power to help your friends and your family on the path to better health.

You don’t want to miss out.
