The Problem With Biohacking

And A Better Alternative

Biohacking once represented groundbreaking advancements in health optimization.

Now it’s an industry overrun with charlatans selling overpriced “solutions.”

Red light panels, cold plunges, and other expensive gadgets with big promises.

Now, I’m not saying these things don’t work…

But the fundamental problem is this:

Most biohacking trends assume “one-size-fits-all.”

The people selling these hacks and gadgets claim it will work for everyone.

This is inherently not true.

Example:

A cold plunge might work wonders for someone with a good UCP1 gene.

But for someone with a suboptimal UCP1 gene, a cold plunge will spike their cortisol levels and make them gain fat.

Without understanding your genes, biohacking becomes nothing more than trial and error.

Its like flipping a coin—one side improves health, and the other causes harm.

Fortunately, something better has taken its place:

The “new biohacking” and my life’s work…

Genetic blueprinting.

What Is Genetic Blueprinting?

Genetic blueprinting uses your DNA to create a custom roadmap for your health.

Its the future of health optimization.

Take it from Dave Asprey:

TODAY, January 15th at 7PM EST…

I’ll be hosting a live workshop to show you exactly how genetic blueprinting works, and why it’s the future of health optimization.

And best of all…

Everyone who attends will get an e-book copy of my new book:

Biohacking has officially died…

Genetic blueprinting is here to take its place.

Until next time,

Kashif Khan
