The Simplest Form of Oxygen Therapy

Cheap, overlooked, and studied in over 91,000 papers

When was the last time you heard a doctor mention hydrogen peroxide therapy?

Over the past 80 years, an estimated 15,000 European doctors have prescribed it to more than 10 million people, treating over 50 different conditions—for as little as 1.5 cents per day.

And yet in the U.S., fewer than 500 doctors have incorporated it into their practice.

Hydrogen peroxide therapy works much like ozone therapy:

It delivers a higher concentration of oxygen into the body.

Diseased cells struggle in an oxygen-rich environment, while healthy cells are revitalized.

Some powerful stats:

  • In 1920, Dr. T.H. Oliver cut pneumonia’s standard mortality rate from 80% down to 48% with hydrogen peroxide treatment.

  • In the 1950s, Dr. Reginald Holman’s experiments showed tumors in rats disappeared within 15–60 days when treated with hydrogen peroxide in drinking water.

  • In a Mexico City case series, 23 COVID-19 patients treated with oral and nebulized hydrogen peroxide felt “completely better” in about 9.5 days on average—sometimes in as little as 4–8 days. None of their 28 caregivers became infected.

  • Dr. Paul Cummings has shown with 1,000+ patients that it can reverse periodontal disease.

Beyond infections, practitioners have explored it for autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and MS, for gut conditions like IBS and colitis, and even for neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Despite over 91,000 published studies, it remains almost completely ignored by mainstream medicine.

This doesn’t mean you should rush to the pharmacy and start experimenting on your own.

But it does mean it’s worth asking the question: why is a therapy with this much history and evidence not even discussed in the U.S.?

Sometimes the simplest, cheapest solutions are the ones hidden from view.
