The True Root Cause of Cellulite
It's not dry brushing, exercise, or fat loss
Ever looked in the mirror and wondered…
When did my legs stop being my favorite feature?
Stubborn dimples, lumpy skin, and uneven patches showing up where they never have before—on the back of your thighs and arms.
You’ve tried everything. Lifting weights, spot-reducing exercises, cardio, even fake tan… and nothing seems to hide it.
But what if I told you there’s something that will resolve your cellulite for good… that’s more effective than workouts or weight loss?
Before we dive into this little-known solution, let’s address what actually causes cellulite.
Contrary to popular belief, it’s not fat gain, nor is it lack of exercise.
There are people with body fat who don’t exercise yet have no cellulite, and lean, active people who still struggle with it.
The true root cause of cellulite is hormonal imbalance. Specifically, high estrogen.
Elevated estrogen doesn’t just cause fat gain, but causes fat to be stored in inconvenient places. High estrogen causes fat to be stored in pockets in between the skin and muscle, which get squeezed by fiborous bands in your skin—creating the characteristic bumpy appearance of cellulite.
So, how do you tackle the underlying cause of hormonal imbalance?
The key lies in your DNA. Your genes are what determine how your body produces, regulates, and removes estrogen… and understanding how your body uniquely does this is the missing piece of the puzzle.
Let me explain…
The CYP19A1 gene controls how your body converts androgens (like testosterone) into estrogen. If you have the TT variant, this conversion happens quickly, leading to elevated estrogen levels—an environment ripe for cellulite.
Then there’s CYP1B1 and CYP3A4. These determine how many toxic estrogen metabolites, such as 4-hydroxyestrone and 16-hydroxyestrone you produce—both of which are notorious for causing inflammantion and estrogen dominance.
And let’s not forget about the COMT gene, which is responsible for clearing estrogen from your body. If you have the slow-clearing variant, estrogen will linger, fueling the hormonal fire in your body that causes cellulite.
Left unchecked, estrogen dominance can lead to symptoms worse than cellulite such as breast cancer and reproductive disorders.
But here’s the good news—once you understand your genetic profile, you can take targeted steps to eliminate estrogen dominance for good…
And eliminate cellulite at its source.
And no, you won’t need to exercise for hours. You wont have to get on a restrictive diet, or do intensive cardio, either. These things will not fix your cellulite.
All you have to do is take actions that specifically target the sources of estrogen dominance in your body.
Once you take these steps, your estrogen levels will drop and you’ll notice cellulite finally starting to disappear.
This is where my Live to 120 Masterclass comes in. In this program, we test for over 50 key genes—including the ones responsible for your hormonal health.
And with my assistance, we will help you optimize your health, balance your hormones, and finally say goodbye to cellulite.
