How to remove spike proteins from your body

After my newsletter on Monday, many of you asked how to fix vaccine injury.

(Sidenote—if you’ve been submitting feedback, I go through every response and they’ve been immensely helpful for me.)

The main culprit of injury and long COVID is Spike protein.

Specifically, how Spike protein impacts your cardiovascular system.

In this newsletter, I’ll give you a simple explanation of what Spike protein does to your cardiovascular system, and things you can do to get it out of your body.

Spike Protein

I have advised and directly monitored thousands of patients under observation. We have found the Spike protein must be addressed otherwise long-COVID and vaccine injuries do not resolve.

Spike protein is something that mostly everyone has in their body.

If you’ve been vaccinated, the mRNA you received from your vaccine is producing Spike protein in your body (sounds bad, but thankfully this doesn’t happen forever).

If you’ve contracted COVID, odds are that you still have Spike protein swimming around your body.

If you haven’t had either, Spike protein can spread from person to person through shedding, which I wrote about here.

Spike protein can impact your mitochondria, damage your DNA, and promote cancer growth.

Today, I am going to focus on the most pressing issue which is how it impacts your cardiovascular system.

Spike Protein & Your Cardiovascular System

One common theme during the pandemic was people having heart problems.

People who got vaccinated would commonly talk about heart problems, and we would hear about athletes getting heart attacks on the news.

Why?

Spike protein is very thrombogenic—meaning, it makes your blood clot.

If someone is predisposed to heart disease—whether it be from genes or environment—problems will onset quicker and more severely if they have Spike proteins in their body.

Apart from the clotting, Spike protein impairs and damages the endothelium (according to this study), which is the inner lining of your arteries.

This may be frightening, but there are many things you can do to stop these problems from happening.

The two areas you should focus on are:

  1. Supporting your endothelium

  2. Detoxing your body from Spike protein 

How to Support Your Endothelium

Grounding 

Grounding is the Swiss Army Knife of free biohacks.

It rinses inflammation out of your body, sets your circadian rhythm, and reverses EMF damage.

Grounding helps support your endothelium by resolving clotting in your blood.

In this article I explain this mechanism further and provide a visual of how grounding resolves clotting.

Exercise

This is another free strategy that comes with a laundry list of benefits.

This study found that regular exercise corrects endothelial dysfunction.

Exercise also increases nitric oxide which further supports your endothelium.

Weightlifting, running, and walking are all great options.

Omega 3s 

Omega-3s have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and can improve the function of your endothelium.

Cold water fatty fish is the best way to get Omega 3s: wild-caught Alaskan salmon, sardines, herring, and anchovies are good choices.

How to Remove Spike Protein

There are multiple compounds that can help detox Spike proteins from your body:

Bromelain 

Naturally derived from pineapples, bromelain impedes the entry of the spike protein into cells, lowering infection rates and severity.

Bromelain is also anti-inflammatory, induces autophagy, inhibits tumor cell proliferation, and induces tumor cell death.

Nattokinase

Nattokinase is a powerful supplement that has been shown to improve blood flow, reduce blood pressure, and reduce inflammation.

However, most Nattokinase supplements are fake. Look for Nattokinase NSK-SD which is the only nattokinase that is stamped authentic by the Japanese government.

N-Acetyl Cysteine

It supports glutathione activity and respiratory health by thinning mucus and enhancing glutathione production.

This can help bolster the body's defense against pathogens and remove Spike protein.
